Wellness Workshops: Mindfulness & Gratitude
Stress is a common part of everyday life. These workshops explore what happens in the body and brain when we experience stress, and how evidence-based mindfulness practices can help us respond more effectively. Participants learn practical tools such as mindful breathing, listening, and movement to build focus, emotional regulation, and resilience.
Gratitude is widely talked about, yet many people are less familiar with why it matters, what gets in the way of practicing it consistently, and how it supports mental and emotional well-being. Participants explore the science behind gratitude, identify common barriers, and engage in simple exercises to discover what works best for them.
These experiential workshops equip participants with practical, evidence-based tools to strengthen well-being, resilience, and everyday functioning.
